I am passionate about helping people like you protect their money from Wall Street.
Soon after college, I became a registered investment advisor. For the next fifteen years, I helped people from all walks of life build the financial legacy they had always dreamed of. In 2008, everyone's worst nightmare came true when the stock market crashed for the second time in less than a decade. I started looking for alternative investments after helping my clients recover their money. I knew there had to be a different way than Wall Street.
That's when I discovered oil & gas royalties.
I was astounded at the opportunity and discovered that very few people knew this asset existed. I flew out to Texas, met with oil and gas companies, and asked a lot of questions. I partnered with a small oil and gas royalty firm and began acquiring oil and gas royalties for hedge funds, endowments, and institutional investors for the next twelve years. But as I said, my passion has always been helping regular people just like you. I realized that I could help people earn a decent rate of return without the ups and downs of Wall Street and the worry that comes with it.

I'm Kasey, and I am passionate about communicating ideas that can change people's lives. That's why when I met Jim and began to understand how he is helping people diversify their portfolios away from Wall Street and into something as transformational as mineral rights, I wanted to help, too.
Before I learned about alternative assets like mineral rights, I thought Wall Street was my best and only option for retirement. I faithfully contributed to my 401k, but I had no idea where my investments were going or how risky the stock market is. Now, I am diversifying my portfolio and committed to educating other people on how they can do the same.
OUR ACQUISITIONS
Carolina Natural Resource Group acquires mineral rights in the country's most productive and profitable natural gas and oil plays. Our assets include leased acreage that provides monthly cash flow via royalties as well as mineral rights with the potential for high rates of return in a short period of time.
Prior to starting Carolina Natural Resource Group, Jim was involved in acquiring mineral and royalty assets in Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New Mexico, Ohio, North Dakota, and Oklahoma with a combined valuation of $50 million.
